MOUSSAKA

GREEK SPECIALITIES 

Modernised in 1910 by the chef Nikolaos Tselementes, our moussaka is composed of meat, aubergines, tomatoes, onions, garlic, béchamel, olive oil, spices, cinnamon, grated nutmeg and oregano. Salt and pepper.

OCTOPUS
SALAD

In Greece, only freshly caught seafood is used. Our waters are abundant, so it is quite easy to find fresh fish and other seafood on a regular basis. There is also a lot of octopus in the seas. When they are caught, we prepare them in a certain way to make them even more tender. However, it all starts with a freshly caught or hunted octopus. 

INGREDIENTS: Fresh octopus,shallot, chopped red pepper
capers cloves of garlic chopped dill olive oil salt and pepper  white vinegar

WITH CREAMY FETA CHEESE

Our salad has plenty of flavour, not least because of the quality of the ingredients used.
It is composed of perfectly ripe and fragrant tomatoes.

For the best tasting authentic salad, we use exquisite unfiltered cold pressed Greek extra virgin olive oil that is fruity and tangy with a peppery finish, red wine vinegar and finally creamy feta cheese made from sheep's milk and served in chunks or blocks to top the salad.
